Baseball lessons are geared towards the level of the player. Everything starts with fundamentals, and then gets more advanced from there. Below are the three levels of training curriculum.

Beginner: non-travel

For non-travel players learning the fundamentals of baseball, including:

Ideal for the 9U and 10U travel player, strengthening fundamental skills and building off the basics

Hitting, including how to protect on a 2-strike count

Intermediate: Travel

Ideal for the 11U and 12U travel player, perfecting fundamentals and focusing on the high school approach to build good habits

Infield positioning on where to stand, including game scenarios with runners on base and lefty versus righty batters

Base running, including primary and secondary leads
-
How to judge a fly ball, line drive, and ground ball as an outfielder, including how to hold the runner to minimal bases
-
Infielders – holding the runner on base and properly backing up plays

Outfielders – hitting the cutoff man

Hitting – Proper approach at the plate, including knowing your count and advancing the runner

Baseball IQ – mental game, scenarios, and thinking ahead
